FAQ's

1. Can I return an item I purchased?

You can return the order within 7 business days from the date of the delivery. Item should not be opened/unsealed or used please make sure that labels or tags are not removed Once the item is received a store credit (Term & Conditions apply) will be issued within 3 business days.

If an item is faulty, wrongly described  then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

2. Wrong product received?

If you received the wrong item please get in touch with us at info@koolkadgets.com within 12 hours after receiving the item.

3. Can I cancel a purchase?

If you change your mind about your order, please get in touch with us to inquire about it at info@koolkadgets.com within 24 Hours of making your order provided your item has not been dispatched it is possible to cancel your order.

4. When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are normally dispatched the same day or next business day. You will receive a notification email once the package has been dispatched 

5. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or Cash On Delivery.

6. If I can’t find the product I am looking for, can I request it?

We are constantly expanding the range of products we offer. If we don't have it, ask us by mailing or on the whatsapp 

    Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
